Yoga for larger bodies

Judgement free classes specifically designed for larger bodies held in my breezy studio or local outdoor spaces.  The focus is on creating safe spaces to ask questions, play with props and enhance your practice among others that may not have that perfect "Yoga" body.  There are no dumb questions and yoga is for everyBODY :-)

These classes are $15 and digital prepayment is required. Space is limited so NO DROP INS - all yogis must reserve their spot for these classes.
